When you place an order in the Catsup Shop
and opt for payment by credit card, you will receive an email
from our online retailer, CCNow confirming your order.
Catsup is usually able to send merchandise
within 7 working days of receiving an order. (Most orders are
actually processed within one working day.) If, for any reason
we are unable to send an order within 7 working days, we will
let you know and give you the option of cancelling your order.
If payment is by cheque, we reserve the
right to wait until the cheque has cleared before we send your
order. This normally takes 5 working days.
Where payment is by credit card, Catsup
will email you when we have despatched the merchandise to you
to let you know it's on its way.
Where payment is by cheque or postal order,
we will email you when we have despatched the merchandise to you
provided you have enclosed an email address with your order.
Merchandise will be sent by first class
post to UK addresses or by parcel post if the weight is in excess
of 1 kg, and by airmail to International addresses.
All prices shown in the Catsup Shop are
inclusive of postage and packing.
When you receive your credit card statement,
it will show CCNow as the seller.
Merchandise may be returned within 30 days
for exchange or full refund. The item must be returned in its
original, unopened packing. The receipt must also be enclosed.
In the unlikely event that you receive
damaged merchandise, we will exchange it or refund you in full
if you return it in its original unopened packaging within 30
days. The receipt must also be enclosed.
